One time cost: $1,000.00



Small Business Forecasting Model

A comprehensive forecasting model specifically crafted to assist the small business owner in assessing the future prospects of his/her enterprise. This model incorporates: 

  • fixed and variable costs associated with revenue production;
  • identification of market potential;
  • identification of competitors
  • staffing requirements
  • facilities requirements
  • technology requirements
The resulting model, usually comprehending a three-year planning horizon, enables the business owner to complete “what if” scenarios based upon the manipulation of a host of variables. A unique feature of the model is the “quick look” feature that enables the user to determine, instantly, the profit/loss impact of any change in any variable. The model is usually constructed on an EBITDA basis.

For the small business owner whose pc-based books and records are out-of-balance, out-of-date, or out-of-control, this service will restore the system to current balance and ready for presentation to its tax advisor. These services is also useful for those contemplating selling their business and want to assure that the books and records are “clean” enough for inspection by a prospective investor.

Cost: $85.00 per hour




Small Business Administration Loan Package Preparation

Complete package preparation, including forms 4 (Application for Business Loan), form 912 (Statement of Personal History) and form 413 (Personal Financial Statement).

Cost: $1,250.00 and up depending upon status and availability of required financial information
